With more than 25 years of experience from the marine industry and a wide range of experiences; from design, engineering and project planning to leading roles in three different companies – GM in China, Production Manager and Vice President Engineering. Specific knowledge within ship building, design and production, business development, strategic planning, Project Management, Contract Management, change management, process development, day to day organizing of staff and coworking with teams in multicultural environments.
